Once I became a mother and experienced the wild ride that is postpartum, I felt called to share my journey of becoming a mother, both the highs and lows.
I am passionate about helping women thrive postpartum by providing nutrition support and care. I also offer guidance for feeding babies and how to get started because I know just how overwhelming it can be.
I am a certified nutrition consultant for Postpartum and Baby through Oh Baby School of Holistic Nutrition.
